I guess this first part of my journal is my little protest about this whole SOPA and that other one, I-something.
It's a violation of freedom of speech. They can't do this, and to be honest I don't think the bill will go through anyways. Censoring something like the internet is just insane. Taking down sites that you think infringe copyright with out even a trial is insane too. Taking down something like deviantART, I don't think I could survive without it. Even though I'm not even from the states, it'll effect me too.
So tomorrow, the 18th, various sites will be shutting down for the day from 8 am - 8 pm EST to protest the bills.  deviantART isn't doing it for a while, but individuals can choose to join in the internet "blackout" tomarrow aswell.

As a protest of #SOPA and #PIPA (The Stop Online Piracy Act and Protect IP Act) two pieces of legislation that are up for debate once again on January 18, 2012, I will be blacked out from all my websites, deviantART included. What does this mean?

So tomarrow between those two times, I won't be on. Maybe you won't either, I dunno.
But maybe it seems kinda silly to be doing this, but to me it isnt.

I'm so sorry for my commissioners, I've been dealing with this mutated form of art block.
I think it's evolved into some ugly... blob of blockyness that doesnt let me draw like anything.
I guess in other words it's called no inspiration. *derp*
School's insane as always. Failed 2 courses. Sick all the time. The usual.
I'll try to get them done in the last week of january, gotta pass some exams first though.

Speaking of exams, I have to memorize one of Iago's soliloquies from Shakespeare's Othello! I personally love drama, and I'm having so much fun practicing it.  It's the "I hate the Moor one." So perfectly evil <3 I love Iago.
